Performance characteristics and application range of common wear-resistant ceramic liners

The wear resistance of wear-resistant ceramic liners has been widely recognized, but people are more worried about whether the wear-resistant ceramic liners will not break, fall off, and adapt to the temperature during use. 1. Adhesive type: The adhesive type wear-resistant ceramic liner is to stick the wear-resistant ceramic liner to the inner surface of the equipment with adhesive. This method has simple equipment and low cost, which is especially suitable for large-scale construction on site and saves maintenance time. However, the adhesive is mainly composed of organic components, which cannot withstand high temperatures (room temperature cannot exceed 150), and is easy to age. Therefore, this pasting method is only suitable for normal temperature working environment.

2. Welding type: Welding wear-resistant ceramic liner is welded to the equipment by wear-resistant ceramic welding machine, and adhesive is used to achieve the purpose of double-layer stability. The welded type is suitable for high-temperature pipes (500) or parts with slight impact (such as dust removal pipes at the kiln tail, water inlet and outlet pipes of humidification towers, etc.).

3. Ruanmei card slot: Ruanmei card slot ceramic liner fixes the Ruanmei ceramic liner on the equipment that needs to be resistant to wear through stainless steel guide rails. When in use, the soft tail rail is welded to the parts that need to be protected and wear-resistant, and the gap is controlled to ensure the gap between the ceramics. Then, paste the special ceramic with soft tail groove on the guide rail, and pass the ceramic along the guide rail to complete the installation.

The ceramic liner has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, non-shedding and long service life. According to the wear situation, ceramics of different thicknesses can be selected, and various special-shaped structural equipment can be customized to form an impact-resistant and wear-resistant layer. The anti-wear lining is applied to the equipment in the high temperature environment (about 750°C), so that the material conveying capacity is large and the impact force is strong.

Widely used in firepower, mining, cement smelting and other industries for anti-wear equipment.

How to choose a high-quality ceramic liner?

1. When purchasing, first choose a professional ceramic gasket manufacturer. Only professional people have good products.

Second, pay attention to the parameters of the high chromium liner. The rotor power of the high chromium roller sleeve directly affects the quality of the lining plate, so the two relationships have a complementary structure, and the hardness of the lining plate must be consistent with the roller sleeve, so as to prolong the service life.

3. The process selection of the inner tank. The thicker inner tank is more prominent when the inner tank is damaged due to different materials. Generally speaking, the main reason for the failure of the liner is that there are different degrees of defects in the interior or surface of the ceramic liner.

Fourth, the choice of lining material, the life of the lining of different materials has a great influence, and high chrome lining is generally used in the market at present. Due to the use of composite materials, the wear resistance of the inner tank is greatly improved and the service life of the inner tank is improved.

5. In order to maximize the performance of the ceramic lining, the lining must be installed correctly, and the lining should be inspected and maintained regularly every day.
